How We Do It
UNDERSTANDING
In order to build peace, we have to understand our own perspectives, biases, and motivations. And we also have to understand the perspectives and values of others. We help Christians learn to understand themselves and then move toward understanding others.
CONNECTING
To best understand our neighbors, we need to connect with them and build relationship. We create spaces and opportunities for Christians to connect across lines of difference with our diverse neighbors in communities in the U.S. and around the world.
COLLABORATING
When we have relationships as neighbors, we can work together to solve problems in our communities and make them places where everyone can thrive. We work in cities around the globe to address local issues, show up for those in need, and build healthier communities.
