Phil Gazley

PROGRAM DIRECTOR | NORWICH, ENGLAND

Phil’s primary areas of engagement are church unity, interfaith development, peace building, and safety in vulnerable communities. He also assists his wife, Caren, providing hospitality and retreat in their home as well as spiritual support and debrief to people from all walks of life. 

He has always been a pioneer and community gatherer, and for the last 22 years Phil has specialized in issues relating to human trafficking, refugee resettlement, and harm reduction protocols. He enjoys working both inside and outside of traditional church settings. 

Phil loves history, theology, music, and sports of all kinds, but he especially enjoys supporting his favourite team: Norwich City Football Club. He and his wife Caren have 2 adult children.
